Seat at the Table - supporting Loaves & Fishes to provide meals daily to individuals and families in need.
Loaves & Fishes serves over 200 meals daily. Local grocery stores, restaurants, and farmers make it possible for Loaves & Fishes to keep our kitchen full and our tables open. To help donors connect their gifts with real impact, we’ve set a reporting value of $3 per meal—a simple way to measure how contributions turn into hot meals for neighbors who need them most. This campaign will allow donors to sponsor individual meals, seats, or entire tables, giving the community a tangible way to contribute and make a difference.

At Emmanuel Haiti, their core mission revolves around transforming the lives of young men and women who have transitioned out of orphanages. They understand the stark reality that without support, 70% of these young individuals face a dire future on the streets or even death within three years of leaving the orphanage. To combat this, they have established safe, nurturing Boys and Girls Transition Homes. These homes are more than just a shelter; they are a foundation for a brighter future, offering these young people the opportunity to complete their education and acquire vital life skills, ultimately guiding them towards independence.
Their strategy is innovative and sustainable – creating businesses within the local economy of Jeremie, Haiti, that not only meet the existing demand for products and services but also provide valuable employment opportunities for the transition home residents. By investing in these young adults, teaching them trades, fostering entrepreneurship, and supporting their academic pursuits, 29:11 Jeremie is playing a pivotal role in building a vibrant local economy and, more importantly, giving these individuals hope and a future.
Drawing inspiration from Jeremiah 29:11, they believe in plans that prosper, not harm, providing hope and a future even in challenging environments. Their efforts aren't just about survival; they aim to empower, to create a self-sustaining cycle where today’s beneficiaries become tomorrow’s benefactors. The vision is clear - to see a generation of young men and women from Jeremie, Haiti, rise above adversity, equipped with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to make a lasting impact on their community and beyond.
For over two decades, The Shalom Foundation has served as a guiding light of hope for underprivileged children in Guatemala, offering free, life-changing medical and nutritional care. Their dedicated efforts have resulted in more than 9,000 surgeries performed and 200,000+ meals distributed, and 100+ Medical teams hosted from the U.S.A.
Their vision is clear - a future where every child in Guatemala can access high-quality healthcare and nutrition. Operating from a state-of-the-art medical facility, they provide critical surgeries for children under 18 and ensure families receive comprehensive care from transportation to post-operative support, in partnership with organizations like the Ronald McDonald House.

Casa Aleluya is a beacon of hope, a nonprofit organization built on the foundation of faith, transforming lives one child at a time. With their status as a 501(c)3, they are committed to providing medical, educational, and spiritual care to Guatemalan children, offering them a sanctuary they can truly call home. Daily, they face the reality of children being removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment. These children, in desperate need of medical treatment, educational support, and a nurturing environment, find solace in Casa Aleluya. There, they are provided with food, housing, education, and comprehensive physical and emotional care, enabling them to heal and thrive within their communities. Under the guidance of Casa Aleluya, these children learn the love of Christ, growing up healthy and happy, poised to make a positive impact in the world.
Founded over 30 years ago, Casa Aleluya was envisioned as a mission to spread the love and teachings of Jesus Christ to the suffering children of Guatemala. Currently, they are a home to as many as 400 children and young adults at any given time, all of whom have endured unimaginable neglect or abuse. Across their history, Casa Aleluya has been a sanctuary for over 6,000 children. Through their relentless efforts in housing, feeding, and educating these children, they instill the sense of unconditional love that was often missing in their own families. Casa Aleluya is a testament to the power of faith and love to transform lives, providing hope and a promising future for vulnerable children in Guatemala.

With a profound commitment to faith, this ministry has positioned Jesus at the center of all its endeavors. Its core mission to reach, teach, and disciple professional umpires is grounded in a deep desire to foster spiritual growth and community among those who share a professional commitment to baseball and a personal commitment to faith. Calls for Christ stands as a beacon of guidance and support, both on and off the field, ensuring that umpires have access to a nurturing environment where their faith can flourish alongside their professional lives.

In collaboration with ServPro of Montgomery County, we are thrilled to champion innovative initiatives aimed at bolstering the educational landscape in Clarksville-Montgomery County (CMCSS), with a spotlight on the CMCSS Education Foundation and The Teacher's Warehouse. The CMCSS Education Foundation is dedicated to enhancing public education through additional funding, which directly supports programs and initiatives aimed at elevating student success.
Furthermore, The Teacher’s Warehouse offers an invaluable resource for licensed teachers and participants in the Teacher Residency Program by providing a complimentary supply store. This initiative ensures our dedicated educators have free access to vital supplies, reinforcing the commitment that no teacher should lack the necessary resources to foster student achievement.
The Clarksville-Montgomery County School System's (CMCSS) "Partners in Education" (PIE) program is a dynamic initiative designed to forge meaningful connections between the educational sphere and the local community. At the heart of their mission, they are committed to leveraging the power of collaboration, inviting businesses and organizations to join hands in a shared effort to enrich and elevate the educational experience of our local students.
PIE stands as a testament to the power of partnership cultivated by the combined efforts of the CMCSS Education Foundation, CMCSS, and the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce. We take immense pride in our collaboration with Austin Peay State University (APSU) and its ambitious students. Our partnership manifests in numerous impactful ways. A notable form of our support is acting as a "Corporate Partner" for the APSU College of Business. This esteemed program salutes organizations contributing over $1,000 during the fiscal year to the College of Business. Being Corporate Partners allows us the privilege to enrich APSU student experiences with real-world insights through sponsorships, engaging talks, and a plethora of other enriching opportunities.
Lillie Millan proudly participates on the APSU Candlelight Ball Committee, championing a noble cause dedicated to the Candlelight Ball Scholarship Endowment. This initiative provides vital financial support to deserving APSU students, helping them to pursue their academic dreams without financial hindrance.
Leo Millan actively contributes to the College of Business by serving on the Executive Advisory Board. This board, a collective of corporate and professional vanguard, convenes biannually to deliberate on pressing topics, development strategies, and collaborative opportunities. Their guidance is invaluable in shaping the vision and enhancing the offerings of the College of Business.

Tonya Leszczak brings 18 years of experience in higher education, where she specialized in developing events and programs that drive community engagement. She has successfully led various initiatives, demonstrating expertise in logistics management and strategic planning. Among her notable achievements are revitalizing programs at multiple institutions, creating the APSU Mentorship Program, and launching the APSU Governors Military Hall of Fame.
In August 2023, Tonya transitioned to the private sector, joining Millan Enterprises to continue her focus on community engagement and business management. She also broadened her philanthropic efforts by joining the American Mobility Project Board of Directors. Her commitment to leadership development earned her the Friend of PELP Award at Austin Peay, recognizing her dedication to fostering future leaders. Tonya holds a Master of Education in Sport Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University, where she competed as a scholarship athlete in cross-country and track and field.
Originally from Weaverville, North Carolina, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and their daughter, Emma.
Arianna, born and raised in the heart of Clarksville, TN, emerged under the loving guidance of her parents, Leo and Lillie. Rooted in the nurturing embrace of her church community, Arianna's formative years were imbued with the timeless wisdom and values that would shape her character.
Guided by a spirit of service and adventure, Arianna joined Leo on transformative mission trips, witnessing firsthand the profound impact of compassion and action. These experiences ignited her passion for making a meaningful difference in the world.
Throughout her collegiate years and still today, Arianna dedicated herself to Millan Enterprises, immersing herself in every facet of the business.
With insatiable curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, she eagerly absorbed the intricacies of decision-making processes, fueled by a deep-seated ambition to one day lead the company to new heights.

Lillie Millan, co-owner of Millan Enterprises, has been at Leo’s side since the company’s inception in 1999. She got her start in Clarksville in 1995 after leaving her hometown of Orange County, California to follow her husband here to Fort Campbell. Her involvement in the company had always been in the accounting department, then molded into heading up design, and finally taking a step up as Co-Chief Member in order to further support the company’s mission.
Her attention to detail was crucial for her time heading the accounting department. As the team grew, so did her interest in interior design. She became passionate about setting the company’s projects at a higher standard than the rest. Again, as the company grew and its mission expanded, her role was best suited officially as Co-Chief Member.
The company’s latest project, The Millan Center, is Lillie’s latest design venture. Her goal is to bring the feel of her roots in the West Coast without compromising the southern charm that Clarksville brings.
The newly started Millan Foundation is a testament to her and her husband’s faith and attitude to put people first. Beyond the Foundation, Lillie has dedicated her time to being on the APSU Candlelight Ball committee helping plan their annual, premier fundraising event.
Outside of work, Lillie enjoys spending time with her four kids and two grandchildren, traveling, listening to country music, playing pickleball, and exercising.
Leo Millan, a U.S. Air Force veteran and Chief Member of Millan Enterprises since its founding in 1999, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a successful track record in startups, traditional real estate investing, commercial development, and franchising. Known for his ability to identify unique opportunities and drive transformative growth, Leo plays a key role in acquiring and strategizing the enhancement of distressed properties.

Specializing in real estate services, the company has a long track record of successfully managing, leasing, and marketing properties all over the country.
Millan Enterprises’ REO Division offers a variety of services aimed at evaluating, revitalizing, and selling bank owned (REO) properties. Their clients include major financial institutions, high-profile institutional investors, and private lenders across the United States who rely on the REO strategies we have developed through decades of dealing with distressed assets.
Furthermore, Millan Enterprises expands its reach into aviation management and hangar leasing, showcasing Leo’s diverse expertise. The company’s commitment to excellence extends beyond real estate, meeting the unique needs of clients in the aviation sector.
Addition to real estate, Leo is the Co-Owner of one of the largest SERVPROs in the country, holding 20 licenses. Through his labor company, Supreme Labor Source, SERVPRO engages in numerous large loss jobs, contracting thousands of laborers annually.
As a true entrepreneur, Leo also owns or has a stake in several other small businesses. These businesses range in the hospitality industry to the construction industry.
Leo is passionate about giving back and has been supporting many local and national non-profits over the years. He has also participated and is currently leading mission trips for medical and church building purposes. Leo has since created a Foundation to further enhance those efforts.
Leo, alongside his wife Lillie, has two sons, two daughters, one dog, and two beautiful grandchildren. Beyond his professional commitments and numerous boards that he sits on, Leo enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, working out, and playing basketball.
